Accessibility.
We aim to make both the website and the clinic usable by every patient, to the greatest extent possible.
On the website
- Designed to align with WCAG 2.1 AA where possible.
- The site is navigable by keyboard and supported by major screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver).
- Colour contrast meets the 4.5:1 minimum for normal text.
- Full Arabic right-to-left (RTL) layout support.
- Alt text on all functional images.
- Motion is reduced for users with "Reduce motion" enabled in their system.
At the clinic
- The clinic entrance and bathroom are wheelchair accessible.
- Free on-site parking is available close to the entrance.
- Each operatory has adjustable lighting and a chair that lowers to ease transfer from a wheelchair.
- Staff speak English and Arabic; sign-language interpretation can be arranged with advance notice.
- We provide longer appointments for anxious patients and those with special needs.
