1. Acceptance of terms
By using this website or booking an appointment with us, you agree to the terms below. These terms apply to both site visitors and patients.
2. About Finland Dental Center
Finland Dental Center is licensed by the Ministry of Health of the Sultanate of Oman and operates from Qurum Garden Building, First Floor, Way 2237, Qurum, Muscat. We provide specialist dental care through board-certified clinicians.
3. Information on this site
Medical content on the site (articles, price guide, service pages) is for general information and is not a substitute for professional consultation. Your case must be assessed clinically before any treatment recommendation.
4. Appointments and cancellation
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments for clinical or operational reasons. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. Repeated no-shows without notice may require a confirmation deposit at the next booking.
5. Treatment plans and pricing
Prices on the pricing page are approximate ranges. The final cost is presented to you in a written treatment plan before treatment begins. Prices may change with materials or case complexity.
6. Financing and instalments
The three instalment plans (Qpay, in-house, Tajeer Finance) are subject to the lender’s approval and terms. The in-house plan is administered directly by Finland Dental Center under a written agreement signed before treatment begins.
7. Insurance
We accept most Oman health insurers, but coverage for each procedure is determined by your insurer. The patient is responsible for any amount not covered.
8. Treatment guarantees
We offer written guarantees for certain treatments (for example, implant replacement within the first year for integration failures). Each guarantee’s details are stated in the treatment consent document.
9. Acceptable use of the site
You must not attempt unauthorised access to the site’s systems, copy its content for commercial use, or republish it elsewhere without permission.
10. Intellectual property
All text, images, and the logo on this site are owned by Finland Dental Center, except where third-party attribution is clearly given.
11. External links
The site may contain links to third parties (Google Maps, WhatsApp, Instagram). Those services are governed by their own terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any dispute is resolved by the competent Omani courts.
