Crooked or crowded teeth

Routine — book when convenient

The short answer

Crowded or crooked teeth are usually fixable at any age. Invisalign works for 80% of adult cases (OMR 1,500-2,500). Braces handle the complex 20%. Short-term "quick-fix" aligner ads are usually cosmetic-only and cause long-term bite problems — avoid.

What's happening

The clinical picture

Teeth drift through life. Even people who had orthodontics as teenagers see some crowding return by their 30s if they stopped wearing retainers. Adult orthodontics isn't "too late" — bone remodels at any age. What changes is treatment time (4-6 months longer than a teenager) and the need to check gum health first. Severe cases need extractions to make room; mild cases might just need IPR (small enamel reduction between teeth). A proper orthodontist assessment is free at most clinics and tells you exactly which category you're in.

What we do

Our approach

Specialist orthodontist consultation — photos, digital scan, X-rays, bite analysis, honest treatment plan. Invisalign ClinCheck preview shown on-screen so you see the end result before committing. We decline cases that need a maxillofacial surgeon referral rather than take them.
